– Conqur Endurance Group, organizer of the Skechers Performance Los
Angeles Marathon, announced today that the Justin Turner Foundation will be an official charity partner
of the 2018 Skechers Performance Los Angeles Marathon. Justin Turner, a native Angelino and MLB AllStar
will also serve as an honorary race starter on marathon morning on Sunday, March 18, 2018.
The Justin Turner Foundation will be one of the 75+ official charities fielding teams to raise money for
charity by participating in various events including the LA BIG 5K at Dodger Stadium on Saturday, March
17th and the Stadium vs. Sea Charity Challenge and the full marathon on Sunday, March 18th
. Fundraisers
can earn a variety of exclusive prizes based on the amount of funds raised for Team Justin including
exclusive Justin Turner merchandise, autographed memorabilia, and a one-of-a-kind Dodger game-day
experience with Justin Turner himself.
“I’m excited to be partnering with Conqur Endurance Group to have my foundation be an official charity
partner of the 2018 Skechers Performance Los Angeles Marathon,” said MLB All-Star Justin Turner. My
team and I do a lot of work to serve the city of Los Angeles and we’re looking forward to exceeding our
goal of raising $250,000 for the foundation.”
