SECRETARY TILLERSON: I want to welcome State Councilor Yang Jiechi of China back to the State Department. We’ve had many, many good discussions, and we’re going to continue these very important discussions about U.S.-China relations. And I very much warmly, warmly welcome him here. Thank you. Thank you, State Councilor.

STATE COUNCILOR YANG: Thank you, Mr. Secretary, for your very kind invitation. I’m paying this visit and I’m sure that I will have very good discussions with the Secretary of State, and we will carry out the agreement between our two heads of state and push forward our very important relationship.
