Raymundo King de la Rosa (December 18, 1976) is Chetumaleño third generation, and inherited his father’s taste for political work, as Don Raymundo King (+) fought tirelessly for the establishment of Q. Roo as a state.
His mother, Dona Mireya de la Rosa, feisty woman who has always instilled the value of labor of loyalty and honesty to their two sons, Raymond and his brother Omar.
Raymundo makes his secondary education at school, “David Alfaro Siqueiros” and high school in the state high school one of Chetumal, where he was president of the student society and had outstanding participation in speech contests.
Subsequently a degree in law at the Universidad del Valle de Mexico Chetumal to return later to join the efforts of many people to continue carrying Quintana Roo to a better future.
He was director of youth and sports in the municipality of Othon P. White board and general state of Quintana Roo population among other responsibilities, and most recently the chairman of the state executive committee of his party, the Institutional Revolution (PRI).
Mayra Guitian is married and has two children, Naomi and Raymundo to which they are instilling the principles of love, loyalty and honesty as the primary basis of its principles to life.

Draft decree amending Article 55 of the Constitution of the United Mexican States.
