The Gunners are seeking defensive cover following an injury to Piero Hincapié, though the 29-year-old South Korea international could also be offered a contract extension to remain in Bavaria.
– Liverpool are in pole position to sign AFC Bournemouth midfielder Alex Scott, according to the Daily Mail. The 23-year-old, whose transfer is valued at £100 million, has drawn widespread interest from major clubs including Chelsea, though he is currently sidelined after sustaining an injury on his full England debut.
– Should a January deal for Scott fall through, Liverpool have compiled scouting dossiers on Monaco’s Lamine Camara and Roma’s Manu Koné, TEAMtalk reports. – Tottenham Hotspur will demand a £75 million fee to consider letting right back Pedro Porro move to Barcelona or Real Madrid, according to TEAMtalk. The 27-year-old signed a five-year contract extension in the summer, significantly strengthening Spurs’ position as they aim to retain him past 2027.
