On June 25, Deputy Secretary of State John J. Sullivan met with Vietnamese Deputy Prime Minister Vuong Dinh Hue in Washington, DC. During the meeting, the Deputy Secretary and the Deputy Prime Minister discussed a wide range of bilateral and regional issues. They affirmed the bright future for the United States-Vietnam Comprehensive Partnership and our joint commitment to promote peace, security, and prosperity in the Indo-Pacific region.
