“In addition to the superb recreational swimming pools and children’s splash pool completed in 2013,” said Supervisor Michael D. Antonovich, “the Castaic Sports Complex will soon be able to host competitive Olympic swimming and water polo events for schools, and swim clubs, and other local groups.”
Currently, the Castaic Sports Complex features a 6,000-square-foot competition-style recreational swimming pool and a 4,435-square-foot lap pool with an integrated children’s splash pool.
The complex also features a 12,500-square-foot pool building with change rooms, showers, restrooms, staff offices, storage and mechanical rooms.
