3/31/15, 2015 AVHCC President, Mark Maldonado, attended the 412th Test Wing Change of Command Ceremony presided over by Major General Arnold W. Bunch, Jr., where Brigadier General Michael T. Brewer relinquished command to Brigadier General Carl E. Schaefer.
The event took place at Edwards Air Force Base in Hangar 1600, which was packed with military personnel, community VIP guests, and some of the most beautiful, powerful, and fastest planes in the world, including the F-22 Raptor, F-18, F-16, Global Hawk, and many others.

As for me, they stirred up all of my deepest feelings about why I love America and why I know patriotism is so important…not just for me, but for our precious country…the ONE True Beacon of Freedom for Humanity.
