Over the last decade Fatboy Slim’s legendary Brighton beach parties have been synonymous with his hometown and always a sure sell out.For one night only, August 31st, the multi-platinum selling artist stages the biggest cinema dance party in the world. Hosted by Cinema Live in conjunction with CC-Lab and Anglo Management / Southern Fried Records, allowing party lovers around the globe to experience the biggest and best Big Beach Boutique production yet, on the big screen and in incredible 5.1 surround sound.
This unique cinema experience will be filmed at the Amex football stadium in Brighton, home to Fatboy Slim’s beloved Brighton and Hove Albion FC. A venue that’s close to his heart; he has always been a long time supporter and he has played a significant part in the 13 year long campaign to get the stadium opened and this event will be the first of its kind.
Fatboy Slim Live: From The Big Beach Bootique will be playing to over 40, 000 fans across two nights and features a 600 square metre LED video wall stretching the length of the stadium pitch, a spectacular laser and light show with thrilling pyrotechnics.
The performance is set to a soundtrack that incorporates Fatboy Slim’s latest material and his greatest hits in his signature mash up with the best dance floor classics. The performance also involves eye-popping visuals including iconic imagery of Brighton, Fatboy Sim’s trademark smiley faces and his latest alter ego The Joker.
Fatboy Slim rose to the top through international anthems such as Rockafella Skank, Praise You and Right Here Right Now. He still remains one of the most sought after DJs in the world playing to thousands on a weekly basis and travelling to places as diverse as Detroit, The Wall of China, Las Vegas, South America and Ibiza in the last year alone.
