A fire swept through a building in New Delhi on Wednesday, killing at least 18 people and injuring several others, according to the Press Trust of India. The blaze broke out in Malviya Nagar, a residential area in the south of the city. ADVERTISEMENT ADVERTISEMENT The building housed a restaurant on the ground floor and apartments above. Fire crews rescued 37 people from inside before bringing the fire under control. Officials said the cause is still under investigation.
