Phoebe Bridgers’ long-awaited third record drops this week, and she’ll be playing a series of intimate shows across to the UK to celebrate – check out all the details below.
The indie icon and Boygenius member is set to release the solo record next Friday (August 14) via Dead Oceans. It comes as the follow-up to 2020’s ‘Punisher’, and has already been previewed by lead single ‘Lost Boys’.
Ahead of its release, she revealed the full tracklist for the album, and sparked rumours that it could feature guest vocals from Geese frontman Cameron Winter, who may be singing under an alias.
She has now also announced a series of shows across the country. Kicking off with two shows at the Union Chapel on Monday (August 17) – which will mark her first solo set in London since 2022 – she’ll also play Circuit in Kingston twice on Wednesday (August 19), as well as Electric Bristol twice on Friday, (21 August).
Brighton’s Resident Records, which recently hosted a surprise performance from Nick Cave, is also set to host two separate performances from Bridgers at Chalk on August 20.
In each location, Bridgers will play a matinee show as well as an evening show, which is expected to last around 45 minutes. You can find your tickets here, and find a full list of dates below.

In line with Bridgers’ previous gigs, no phones, smartwatches, or other recording devices will be allowed.
She also recently confirmed that fans can listen to the album in full at planetariums around the world, and each listening session will come with a specially-designed visual display. All of the showings will be phone and camera free too, and visitors will have to place all phones, smart watches, recording and filming devices into Yondr pouches upon arrival. Additionally, there will be over 300 midnight album release parties taking place worldwide tomorrow (August 13), allowing fans to listen to ‘Lost Weekend’ for the first time together. Events are scheduled for the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Spain, Australia, Japan, Brazil, South Korea and more, and you can find more details here.
The tracklist for ‘Lost Weekend’ includes contributions from Boygenius bandmates Lucy Dacus and Julien Baker, as well as from Christian Lee Hutson, Jack Antonoff and an unknown guest named ‘Son-John Johnson’, who many suspect to be Cameron Winter.
Bridgers recently performed two different versions of the lead single on The Tonight Show, including a haunting acoustic rendition. Before then, the indie star played her first solo live show in three years in Roswell, New Mexico, where she debuted three new songs.
Later this year, Bridgers will head out for a tour across North America, the UK and Europe, celebrating ‘Lost Weekend’. Support comes from Alex G at the North American shows and Isaac Wood at the UK and European dates.
As with the recently announced shows, the singer has also confirmed that there will be a “no phones” rule at all upcoming dates, with phones and other recording devices locked away during the performances. In NME’s five-star review of ‘Lost Weekend’, Erica Campbell described the record as “the opposite of emotional evasion: more a reckoning with herself and the romantic and familial love and loss that have shaped her story and storytelling.
“It’s a feat that could only be achieved by a songwriter and musician self-assured in their penmanship and musicality, someone who may have started the journey of writing her third album feeling lost, but by the end wasn’t unmoored at all.”
